If for any reason we deliver a product that has not met your expectations, we will work with you to make it right. Please provide our customer service team with a picture and description of the issue so we can fully look into the problem. 

Due to the nature of the product, our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept opened packages for refund.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

 When your order is successfully processed, you will be sent an email confirmation with the delivery date  (deliveries are only made on a Monday) as well as tracking information.

We endeavour to provide a delivery service to the whole of the UK but there may be some instances where we will inform you if there are any additional charges or timing limitations associated with your selected postcode.

Seamoss gel will stay fresh for 2-3 weeks when refrigerated and up to 6 months when frozen.

Recommended use

Eat - 2 tablespoons, straight from the jar.
Blend - 2-4 tablespoons, into your favourite smoothie / fresh juice
Dissolve - 2 tablespoons into any hot drink, soup or stew.
Apply - a small amount to the face as a mask. Let it sit for 30 minutes, then wash thoroughly.
