HOW CAN I USE SEA MOSS?

Drink Sea Moss gel daily, mix with water OR

Use 2-4 tbsp of Sea Moss gel in your favourite smoothie to give it a delicious creamy consistency

 

Eat - 2 tablespoons, straight from the jar.
 

Dissolve - 2 tablespoons into any hot drink, soup or stew.

 

Face Mask - Natures Collagen - Apply the gel directly to the face as a natural face mask - wash off after approx 30 minutes

 

Sea Moss gel can also be used as a Vegan Gelatin replacement

 

Use in Soups, Stews, Curries etc

Our moss London special blend is an infusions of Manuka honey & Lime. Due to the properties of honey we advise speaking to your care provider before consumption.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR VEGANS?

Yes! Our plain and infused versions are vegan friendly. 

Our Moss London Special gel includes honey therefore is suitable for vegetarians and not vegans 

CAN I FREEZE MY MOSS?

Yes is the answer however we always recommend immediate consumption freshest taste and best experience. We recommend you freeze the sea moss on the day of arrival, sea moss can be kept for up to 6 months frozen. Please consume immediately once defrosted.

IS IT SAFE FOR CHILDREN AND DURING PREGNANCY?

Sea moss is a superfood which helps nourish the body. We advise 1 tbsp daily. If you are unsure then consult with your doctor/care provider.

WHAT DOES IT TASTE LIKE?

It's does have a slight seaweed taste, but added in small amounts to a smoothie, it's virtually tasteless.

WHAT DO I DO IF ANY PART OF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR MISSING ON DELIVERY?

If there are any damaged or missing items, you must inform us by email using the contact details on our website. Due to the perishable nature of our  gels we ask that you let us know by email within 3 hours of delivery, outside of this period we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS 

If for any reason we deliver a product that has not met your expectations, we will work with you to make it right. Please provide us with a picture and description of the issue so we can fully look into the problem. 

Due to the nature of the product, our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept opened packages for refund.
